The Mujer Behind the Magía

   I am a first-generation Mexican- American artist and bruja by embracing both of these parts of myself equally, and it allowed me to become rooted in my own work and connected to my ancestors. I became more at peace and fluid in my being as I started to communicate with that part of my soul.

   I started by watching my mom who learned from my great-grandmother so I never lost that touch of working with plant medicine, but I do understand that not everyone gets to have that privilege which is what got me into teaching what I was taught.
